Position: Operations Manager
Reporting: Directly to the Directors.
Role: Including but not limited to the below:
-Managing the work flow through intraoffice software.
-Managing existing resources.
-Overlooking all departmental activities (Inventory, Supply Chain, Accounts, Data, Marketing, etc.) of the organization.
-Opening job posts, calling candidates, and coordinating interviews.
-Onboarding and exit formalities.
-Managing the company’s assets like desktops, laptops, accessories, printers, scanners, projector, furniture, etc.
-Training new candidates.
-Making and issuing various paperwork.
-Managing all freelancers like Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing Consultant, etc.
-Respond to customers’ query/complaint on time through mail, calls, or WhatsApp.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Follow up on tasks through software, reminding participants of any backlog tasks, ensuring all tasks happen within the stipulated timeline, resolve any deadlock.
-Overlook how each Department is functioning.
-Ensure that all processes the company is following must be documented.
Relevant job experience., MS Excel, English and Hindi read, write, speak must., Technical skill will be an added advantage.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Education: Graduation in any discipline.
Previous job experience: Desired.
Tea and snacks 2 times a day.
Annual outing to any part of the country.
Personal development weekly classes.
